Posters Created to Mark War Victory Day

Posters were created in the DPRK to mark the 60th anniversary of the victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War.

Seen on the posters are letters reading “Victory, July 27”, “War Victory, Celebration of 60th Anniversary” and “July 27, Celebration”, reflective of the immense pride and self-esteem of the army and people of the DPRK.

Posters portray a fluttering flag of the DPRK with gorgeous fireworks in the background with letters “We won as we were led by the great leader!” and “Respects to the great age.”

They feature feats performed by great strategist and legendary hero Generalissimo Kim Il Sung in leading the hard-fought war to a shining victory as well as the indomitable revolutionary spirit and popular heroism displayed by the army and people of the DPRK during the war.

The poster with letters “Victory in great Fatherland Liberation War” portray statue “Victory”, main theme sculpture of the Monument to the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War, in the center with the nocturnal sky decorated with amazing fireworks in the background.

Another poster portrays the brightly shining star of Marshal, letters “Great victory of Songun politics” and arms and equipment demonstrating the might of the revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK.

There is also poster showing the service personnel, worker, farmer and intellectual greeting the great auspicious event with high political enthusiasm and labor feats and letters reading “To greet 65th anniversary of DPRK and 60th anniversary of victory in war as grand festivals of victors!”
