Medical Services Mark Child Health Day

May 20 is Child Health Day.

On this occasion, all the primary medical service institutes (ri people’s hospitals, polyclinics and clinics) and nurseries across the country conducted various medical service activities for all children of 6 to 59 months while strictly observing the epidemic disease prevention regulations.

They measured the middle upper arm circumference of children of 6 to 59 months, investigated the scars of BCG vaccination, and dosed those of 12 to 59 months each with one albendazole tablet (200 mg).

Healthcare workers taught children a correct handwashing at vaccination rooms and nurseries, and explained hygienic information “Let’s prevent child diarrhoea!” to mothers at the hallways to the vaccination rooms.
