Floral Tribute to Statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il

Working people, service personnel of the People’s Army, youth and students visited the statues of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in all parts of the country on July 8, the greatest national memorial day.

Laid before the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill were floral baskets in the names of Party, power and armed forces organs, social organizations, ministries, national agencies, units of the Korean People’s Army and the Public Security Forces (PSF), and institutions and industrial establishments at all levels and universities in Pyongyang.

A floral basket in the name of the Pyongyang Mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front was laid there.

The visitors made a bow to the statues.

Floral baskets in the names of institutions, enterprises and units of the KPA and the PSF were laid at the statues of the great leaders and mosaics of their smiling images in different parts of Pyongyang, including Kim Il Sung University, the Ministry of the People’s Armed Forces and the Mansudae Art Studio.

Working people, servicepersons, youth and students across the country visited the statues and mosaics of the great leaders in their residential quarters to pay homage to them.
