Efforts Are Directed to Developing Children’s Intellectual Faculties

Moranbong Kindergarten in the capital city of Pyongyang is noted for producing many talents.

Its kindergarteners have won special and first prizes at the national children’s music TV show and paduk matches (U-5 children), stealing the public limelight.

Of late, its teachers have created new teaching methods by means of such education support programs as “Little Doctor” and contrived valuable teaching aids, rendering services to developing children’s intellectual faculties.

“A teacher should have an ability to find out the buds of talents sprouting among children,” says Pak Sun Yong, section chief of the kindergarten.
