National Photo Exhibition Opened to Mark Birthday of DPRK

A national photo exhibition “65 years of victory and glory” was opened with due ceremony at the Grand People’s Study House on Wednesday to celebrate the 65th birthday of the DPRK.

Displayed in the venue of the exhibition the 65-year-long history of socialist Korea where it opened a new history of change and made a leap forward toward prosperity under the leadership of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

On display there is photos of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il “The great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung appointed as premier of the Cabinet at the first session of the DPRK Supreme People’s Assembly,” “The great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il inspecting a forefront post,” “Anti-Japanese War Hero Comrade Kim Jong Suk casting a ballot at an election station” and “Supreme leader Comrade Kim Jong Un standing on the tribune of honor inaugurating the Kumsusan Palace of Sun, the supreme temple of Juche.”

Present at the ceremony were Kim Ki Nam, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly, officials concerned and Pyongyangites.
