Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) — Marshal Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, first chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and supreme commander of the Korean People’s Army, had a photo session with war veterans and commanding officers who took part in the military parade held in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.
Present there were Choe Ryong Hae, Jang Jong Nam, Ri Yong Gil, Mun Kyong Dok and O Il Jong.
He warmly congratulated the war veterans and commanding officers on their contribution to glorifying the immortal exploits Generalissimo Kim Il Sung performed by leading the war to victory and feats Generalissimo Kim Jong Il performed by steering the Songun revolution to victory by taking part in the military parade. They fully demonstrated the spirit of Songun Korea winning shining victories in the struggle for national reunification and building a thriving socialist nation and great national power through the military parade.
He had a photo session with them after expressing belief that they would add glory to the proud history of victory in the war by wining a fresh victory in the struggle for defending socialism and building a thriving nation in the same heroic fighting spirit as displayed in the 1950s. -0-
