The Afforestation Equipment and Materials Factory located in Ryokpho District, Pyongyang, is increasing production.
Every year it turns out hundreds of thousands of square metres of plastic panes and blinds, hundreds of thousands of vessels for growing saplings, etc., and supplies them to tree nurseries and greenhouses across the country.
It provided the equipment and materials necessary for the operation of the Tree Nursery in Kangwon Province and the Jungphyong Vegetable Greenhouse Farm built in recent years.
The demand for various sizes of plastic vessels for growing saplings, blinds and non-woven fabrics is on the steady increase for their good quality.
The factory is working on recycling waste plastics while boosting its production capacity.
