National Book Exhibition Opens to Celebrate 75th Founding Anniversary of WPK.

A national book exhibition opened in Pyongyang in celebration of the 75th founding anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

On display in the venue of the exhibition are works of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and over 20 000 publications of 10 000 varieties brought out in the DPRK and other countries.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition took place at the Grand People’s Study House on October 7.

Present at the ceremony were Ri Il Hwan, vice-chairman of the WPK Central Committee, officials, journalists and editors in the press sector.

Ri Il Hwan delivered a speech.

After the ceremony, the participants looked round the exhibition venue.
