Kim Jong Un Visits Bier of Late Kim Kuk Thae

Pyongyang, December 16 (KCNA) — Supreme leader Kim Jong Un on Sunday visited the bier of Kim Kuk Thae, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, deputy to the Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK and chairman of the Control Commission of the WPK Central Committee, and expressed deep condolences over his death.

Laid before the bier of the deceased was a wreath sent by Kim Jong Un.

Also placed there were wreaths of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly and the Cabinet of the DPRK and the Ministry of the People’s Armed Forces.

Kim Jong Un paid silent tribute to the deceased and looked round the bier with bitter sorrow over the loss of the revolutionary soldier loyal to the party who devoted himself to the struggle for the victorious advance of the revolutionary cause of Juche, true to the leadership of the party and leader until the last moments of his life.

He met the bereaved families of the deceased and expressed profound condolences and warm consolation to them.

Among the visitors were Choe Ryong Hae, Kim Ki Nam, Kim Won Hong, Kim Pyong Hae, Ri Jae Il, Hwang Pyong So and Ma Won Chun.
