Kim Jong Un Pays Tribute to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il

[nggallery id=34]Supreme Commander of the Korean People’s Army Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun at 00:00 on Sunday, the 64th anniversary of the DPRK, to pay high tribute to Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

Wrapped in a solemn atmosphere of reverence was the palace, the sacred temple of Juche where lie in state Kim Il Sung, founder of socialist Korea and the glorious DPRK, and Kim Jong Il who put the dignity and power of the country on the highest level with his ever-victorious Songun politics.

Kim Jong Unwas accompanied by Choe Ryong Hae, Hyon Yong Chol, Jang Song Thaek, Kim Jong Gak, Ri Yong Mu, Pak To Chun, Hyon Chol Hae, Kim Won Hong, O Kuk Ryol and other members of the Central Military Commission of the WPK and the National Defence Commission and staff members of the Supreme Command.

He entered the hall where statues of the Generalissimos are standing.

Set up on ether side of the statues were flags of the WPK and the DPRK and military colors. Lining up there were guards of honor of the ground, naval and air and anti-air forces of the KPA and the Worker-Peasant Red Guards.

The commander of the guards of honor presented a salute to the statues of the Generalissimos.

A floral basket was laid before the statues in the name of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

A floral basket was also laid in the name of the Ministry of the People’s Armed Forces.

Kim Jong Un together with the participants paid high tribute to the statues.

Then he entered the hall where Kim Il Sung lies in state.

He, together with the participants, made a bow to Kim Il Sungin humblest reverence.
