Grand art performance “We Sing of the Party” goes on

The grand art performance “We Sing of the Party” is going on, which started at the Pyongyang Indoor Stadium in celebration of the Eighth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

It was appreciated by the special guests invited to the celebrations of the Party Congress, the observers of the Congress and the participants in the military parade on the 15th.

Reserved seats were taken by old leading officials who had long worked in the Party and government organs and the military.

Put on the stage of the performance divided into two parts were various items including the orchestral music and song “Song Dedicated to Marshal Kim Il Sung”, the glee “When Going to Harvest Rice Fields”, the shadow dance “Fruit Trees Planted on Hills”, the mass gymnastics “Let’s Defend Socialism” and the male trio and chorus “Ode to the Party”.
