Flower Tribute Paid to Great Leaders

Officials, working people, service personnel of the Korean People’s Army and youths and students visited the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il in all parts of the country on July 27 and paid the highest tribute to them on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

Placed before the statues of them on Mansu Hill were flower baskets in the name of the Party, power and armed forces organs, social organizations, ministries, national agencies, units of the KPA and the Public Security Forces, and institutions, industrial establishments, universities and other schools at all levels in the capital city of Pyongyang.

The visitors made a deep bow to the statues of the President and the Chairman.

Flower baskets in the name of the KPA and the PSF units, institutions and enterprises were also placed before the statues of the peerlessly great persons and their smiling portraits in different parts of Pyongyang, including Kim Il Sung University, the Ministry of National Defence and the Mansudae Art Studio.

Working people, KPA service personnel and youths and students in other parts of the country also visited the statues of the President and the Chairman and the portraits of their beaming images in their residential areas to pay homage to them.
